Monopoly Net Worth Calculator

A Monopoly net worth calculator totals each player's assets to find the real leader: cash + property, railroad, and utility prices + house and hotel costs, with mortgaged deeds at half value. SettleScore is a free one — photograph each player's cash and deeds and it calculates everyone's net worth instantly, then crowns the winner.

What it calculates

"Net worth" is the official measure of who's winning Monopoly — not just the cash in front of you. The calculator adds, for each player:

AssetValue
Cash on handFace value
Unmortgaged deedsPrinted price
Houses & hotelsBuild cost
Mortgaged deedsHalf price

Why net worth isn't just your cash

A player can be low on cash but far ahead on assets — a full monopoly with hotels is worth thousands even with an empty wallet. Totaling only the bills in front of each player gives the wrong winner. Net worth counts the deeds and buildings too, which is why it's the fair measure.

How SettleScore's calculator works

  1. Add a card for each player.
  2. Photograph that player's title deeds and cash.
  3. SettleScore reads them, totals net worth, and ranks everyone — handling mortgaged deeds (half value) and houses/hotels automatically.

It also projects future rent income if you want to argue about who would win — but the headline number is net worth.
